My coaching has always been about more than aesthetics. Many of my clients come to me managing serious health conditions — diabetes, hypertension, hormonal imbalances, metabolic syndrome. They need a coach who understands the science behind their condition and can programme around it, not despite it.
I track measurable health outcomes alongside body composition. Blood pressure readings, blood glucose trends, HbA1c levels, insulin requirements, hormonal markers — these are as important to me as the number on the scale or the measurement on the tape.
The goal is always dual: transform how you look and transform how your body functions. When both of these things happen together, the impact on your quality of life is profound.

I programme around your condition
Your health condition is not an obstacle I work around — it is a central factor in every decision I make. Training intensity, meal timing, carbohydrate management, recovery — everything is designed with your specific medical needs at the centre.

I track health markers
I do not just measure how you look. I track your blood glucose trends, insulin requirements, HbA1c, blood pressure readings, and energy patterns. The goal is always to transform your body and improve your health markers simultaneously.

I work with your medical team
I am not your doctor. But I design programmes that complement your medical care. I have had clients whose doctors have been genuinely surprised by the improvements in their markers. That is the level of result I aim for.

Can you coach me if I’m managing a medical condition?
Yes — it’s one of my specialisms. I programme around diabetes, hypertension, PCOS, menopause and more, and work with your medical team where appropriate.
Is it safe to train with my condition?
That’s exactly why specialist coaching matters. I programme around your condition and your medical guidance, adjusting intensity and exercise selection to keep it safe.
Will you replace my doctor?
No. I’m a coach, not a clinician. I design training and nutrition that complement your medical care — never a substitute for it.
Do you work with my GP or consultant?
Where it helps, yes. I’m happy to coordinate with your medical team so the programme fits alongside your care.
Can I still get real body-composition results with a condition?
Absolutely. The whole point is dual: I improve your health markers and transform your body at the same time — they reinforce each other.
Do you track health markers, or just weight?
Both. Blood pressure, blood glucose, energy, sleep and mood are tracked alongside body composition, so we can see the full picture.
I’m vegetarian and managing a condition — is that a problem?
Not at all. I’m a lifelong vegetarian and routinely coach plant-based nutrition tailored around health conditions.
