Is online coaching as effective as training with someone in person?
In most cases, more so. In-person training gives you a few supervised hours a week and little else. Online, I manage the whole picture — your training, nutrition, recovery and accountability — every day, not just when you’re in the gym. You get my expertise applied to your entire life, with weekly reviews and direct access whenever you need it.
I’m a complete beginner — is this right for me?
Absolutely. What matters isn’t your starting point, it’s your willingness to commit. Every programme starts with a full assessment of where you are, and I build from there — safely and progressively. Beginners often make the fastest progress, because everything is done properly from day one.
How much time do I need to commit each week?
The training is built around the time you actually have — most clients train a few focused sessions a week. I handle the planning, the adjustments and the decisions, so your job is simply to execute. It’s designed for busy people who want maximum return on minimum wasted time.
What’s actually included?
Everything: a fully personalised training programme, a nutrition strategy built around your life, weekly reviews of your progress, ongoing adjustments, and direct access to me throughout. You’re not buying sessions or an app — you’re getting a coach who manages the whole process.
