Your goal

Wedding transformation

Look and feel your absolute best on your wedding day. Structured coaching designed around your timeline, your goals, and your big day.

A couple looking their best on their wedding day by the coast

Why this is personal

Fifteen years behind the camera

For nearly fifteen years, photography and film have been a passion of mine — and I’ve spent them at weddings, watching the day unfold from behind the lens. It’s given me a view of the wedding most coaches never get.

At almost every one, I hear the same thing: “I wish I’d started sooner.” Couples know a year out that they want to look and feel their best — but their own health slips behind the venue, the catering and the guest list, until the day is weeks away and a crash diet feels like the only option left.

More often than not, once they find out I coach people through exactly this for a living, it comes with a rueful smile: “Ah — I wish we’d come to you.”

I’ve watched what that costs. Tailored suits and custom dresses, ordered months ahead, that no longer fit because weight moved without a plan. A day that should feel effortless, spent worrying about how the photos will look. And those photos last forever — you’ll be in every single frame.

Couples spend thousands on the venue, the DJ, the catering and the entertainment — and almost nothing on the one thing in every photo for the rest of their lives: themselves. That’s why I tell every couple the same thing. Start a year out. Give us time to map the timeline properly, reach your goal with months to spare, then refine and hold it so you peak relaxed, not depleted, on the day. That takes skill, and someone to manage it for you. That’s my job.

The approach

How I build your programme

01

Timeline reverse-engineering

I work backwards from your wedding date. Every phase of your programme — fat loss, muscle toning, peaking — is mapped to land you in the best condition of your life on the exact day that matters.

02

Dress or suit focused goals

Your programme is designed around the specific look you want to achieve. Whether it is arms and shoulders for a strapless dress, a sharp jawline for photos, or a fitted suit that sits perfectly — I programme for your specific goal.

03

Stress-proof programming

Wedding planning is stressful. I design programmes that account for the chaos — flexible session scheduling, nutrition strategies that work around tastings and events, and recovery that manages the emotional demands of the period.

04

Peak week protocol

In the final week before your wedding, I implement a peaking protocol — fine-tuning hydration, nutrition, and training to ensure you look your absolute sharpest on the day itself. This is the level of detail I bring.

Mapped from your date backwards

Your timeline to the day

The ideal is twelve months. The same phases scale to six months or twelve weeks — your timeline just sets the pace.

12–9 months

Foundation

We build the base — training habits, a strength foundation and nutrition dialled in, with the first phase of fat loss underway.

9–5 months

Transformation

The main change happens here: sustained fat loss and muscle development, with months still in hand. No rush, no panic.

5–2 months

Reach your goal

You hit your target condition with time to spare — so fittings and alterations happen on a body that’s settled, not still shifting.

Final weeks

Refine & peak

We hold the look, refine the details and run the peak-week protocol — hydration, nutrition and training fine-tuned for the day.

The day

Your best

You look and feel your absolute best — relaxed, not depleted — and carry that condition straight into the honeymoon.

Beyond

The life after

The plan doesn’t stop at the aisle. We keep the strength, habits and health going — the lifestyle you both carry into married life and everything after.

Why it works

What makes this different

Most wedding fitness programmes are generic 12-week plans pulled off the internet. They do not account for your specific body, your timeline, or the unique pressures of the wedding period.

My approach is fully bespoke. I assess your starting point, your wedding date, and your specific aesthetic goals — then I build a programme that addresses every one of those factors. If you have a year, I will use it strategically. If you have 12 weeks, I will make every single one count.

I also understand that the wedding period is about more than training. You are managing vendors, family dynamics, decisions, and emotions. My coaching accounts for all of this — your programme flexes with your life, not against it.

Setting it straight

Wedding prep myths I hear all the time

“I’ll just crash diet the month before”

Crash diets strip muscle, leave you flat and drawn in the photos, and rebound fast. We build a sustainable transformation so you peak — not deplete — on the day.

“It’s too late to start”

Even 8–12 weeks, done properly, makes a visible difference. Tell me your date and I build backwards from it. More time helps, but it’s rarely too late.

“Lifting will make me bulky for my dress or suit”

It won’t. Resistance training is exactly what gives you the toned arms, shoulders and shape that photograph beautifully — and a suit that fits properly.

“Cardio is the fastest way to look good”

Endless cardio burns you out and eats muscle. Strength training plus the right nutrition reshapes you far more effectively in the time you have.

However you’re arriving

The wedding, and well beyond

Start as you mean to go on

The wedding is one day. The honeymoon is two weeks in front of a camera and on a beach. The condition you build for the aisle is the condition you carry into all of it — and well beyond.

Because the real prize is the chapter after. Marriage is a fresh start — a chance to decide together how you’ll live, how you’ll eat, and how you’ll look after yourselves. That direction is set now, before the day, not after it. And you can only build it together if you’re both already living it.

Done as a couple it stops being a chore and becomes something you carry each other through — with me supporting you both. I’ve coached many couples, and the ones who start together are the ones who keep it going. You simply keep living the lifestyle we’ve built. Start as you mean to go on.

And it doesn’t stop with the two of you. The same foundation carries forward when you raise children and build your home — the stronger the base you set now, the healthier the family you build on it. This was never about looking good for a single day. It’s an investment in your future.

Common questions

Wedding FAQs

How far in advance should I start?

The more time the better, but I’ve delivered strong results in as little as 12 weeks. Tell me your date and I’ll build the plan backwards from it.

When will I start seeing results?

Most clients notice visible change within the first month, with the full transformation building across your programme. The earlier we start, the more dramatic the result on the day.

Can you train me and my partner together?

Yes, and I love working with couples — but I coach each of you as an individual. You’ll each have your own programme, built around your own body, goals and timeline, because your needs won’t be identical. What you share is the accountability, the journey, and the same finish line.

Do you only coach brides?

Not at all — brides, grooms and couples. See the breakdown above for what each focuses on.

How much does wedding coaching cost?

Coaching is bespoke and priced by the depth and length of programme you need. Tell me your date and goals on the enquiry form and I’ll talk you through the options.

Will I crash before the wedding?

No. The whole approach is sustainable — you’ll look your best and feel energised on the day, not depleted.

What about the final week?

I run a precise peak-week protocol — hydration, nutrition and training fine-tuned so you’re at your sharpest on the exact day.

I’m vegetarian — can you still help?

Yes. I’m a lifelong vegetarian and coach plant-based wedding transformations routinely.
