Working in the heart of central London and from home, Gurvir crunched numbers to tight deadlines. He wanted a complete turnaround in his health and in the way he saw food, training and everyday life. Six months on, that is exactly what the photos show.
He had set himself a goal of settling between 80 and 90kg. He finished in the mid-70s, with his body fat down from 25.8% to 8.5%.
