Prabh wasn’t chasing a number on the scale. Twelve weeks out from his wedding, he wanted to look his best, feel strong, and wear his sherwani like it was made for the man underneath it.

The mirror he’d stopped enjoying

By his late twenties, Prabh was deep into life as a City lawyer: long hours, an unforgiving schedule, and a routine that had quietly slipped during lockdown. He’d joined a gym and tried to figure it out alone, but the results never came, and he’d started to accept the reflection rather than change it.

An introduction at the gym

The turning point was a conversation, not a campaign. Prabh introduced himself to Tanvir at the gym one day, his fiancée beside him, and mentioned how good Tanvir looked. When Tanvir explained that coaching was his profession, the conversation turned quickly to the wedding ahead. Prabh had been looking for someone who understood how to get a practising Gursikh, eating a strictly vegetarian diet, into the best shape of his life. He’d struggled to find anyone who could.

A plan built around his life

Prabh’s objection was the one Tanvir hears most: a demanding job, long days, and time to train only three times a week. Most people assume that rules out a real transformation. It doesn’t. The plan was simple but precise. Breakfast at home. The hard part was lunch, because meal-prepping around his schedule wasn’t realistic, so Tanvir found out exactly where Prabh worked in central London and built him a shortlist of places he could grab a meal on the go, each one mapped to his calories, protein and the rest of his macros. Prabh’s favourite was Mexican. Three full-body sessions a week, built around big compound lifts and the areas that would make the biggest visual difference. Weekends spent exploring the city on foot to keep his steps up. Nothing complicated. Everything intentional.

BESPOKE! The word bespoke is thrown around a lot these days. However, I can assure everyone that it is lived up to with Tanvir’s programme. What I found to be exemplary was when I would be working in the office, I asked Tanvir on what he recommended in terms of lunch meals and where I should eat. He got back to me with a list of places (and screenshots of where they were in relation to my office to show me how far the walk was!).

The result, honestly

Twelve weeks later, the change was unmistakable. Prabh’s body fat fell from 20% to 12%. His weight came down from 88kg to 80kg, and his waist dropped from 92cm to 81cm. Here is the part worth understanding: he didn’t simply lose weight, he changed his shape. His lean mass barely moved while more than eight kilos of fat came off, which is why the after photos look like a different build entirely. He didn’t shrink. He sharpened. Leaner, harder, more athletic, with the V-taper that makes a sherwani sit the way it should.

And it reached well beyond the mirror. Prabh’s sherwani, tailored for the day, draped exactly as he’d pictured. His family were taken aback by how well he looked. He told Tanvir afterwards that the wins he hadn’t expected mattered just as much: more energy at work, sharper focus, and better sleep. He and his wife started married life with their health as the foundation under it.

Tanvir knows what he is doing, he knows his field inside and out. He stuck to his word, didn’t cut corners, nor did he allow me to and this is the outcome after 12 weeks of hard work. As you can see I am absolutely delighted!

A note from your coach

Building a physique like this doesn’t take six days a week in the gym or chicken and rice out of a Tupperware. Prabh proved it on three sessions a week, a vegetarian diet, and a job that asked a lot of him.
